How many Days does Delivery take?
US, UK & CA – For most of the items, it would usually take 10-15 business days.
Europe, Australia – For most of the items, it would usually take 15 – 20 business days.
Rest Of The World – For most of the items, it would usually take 15-40 business days.
If you place your order during the US holiday season, please allow for 5 – 7 extra business days, as shipping companies and SeedsForPlanting are very low on staff during these times and it may result in an unexpected delay. We, however, try our best to get your order delivered to you without delay.

How long do you take to ship Orders?
After an order has been placed, your items will be shipped within 2-4 business days. Below are the expected delivery times.

How long does my Refund take?

I’ve entered wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?
- If this happens to you, E-mail Us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it.
- However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after.
- If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. Contact Us anyway, we still care and we’ll try to make it right for you.
- We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use. We will do our best to take care of it!
I Did Not Receive my Order! What to do?

I have not received tracking for my Order or Replacement Order!
Sometimes due to Human Error or Technical Error, you may have not received the Tracking Number. Do not worry, as your order has most likely been shipped already! Contact us and we will give you the Tracking Number.

What is a “Request-only” Product?
Few products on our site specifically have a note as “Request-only Product” on their product page. These products are considered as pre-orders and hence require some time for finishing of the product. The time required for “Request-only” products to be shipped is specifically mentioned under these products.
Do you deliver products internationally?
SeedsForPlanting successfully ships hundreds of products each day. We have over 50,000 happy customers in the USA (our main market), United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, various countries in Asia and UAE. We plan to expand to other countries as our popularity rises!
I’ve placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?
- Since we have a few warehouses, we don’t have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item may be shipped separately. So you will most likely receive one item before the next.
- Certain items with sensitive materials such as liquid, gas, various delicate items may also require separate packaging.
- Don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once, they will get to you!
